Aufnahme per smartem digitalen DWARF LAB 3. Der Erdbeermond!

Aufnahme besteht aus 128 übereinander gelegten Einzelfotos um Schärfe und Kontrast zu fördern. (Stacking)

Der Name hat nichts mit der Farbe des Mondes zu tun, sondern mit dem Ernte-kalender nordameri-kanischer Ureinwohner. Die ethnischen Gruppen der Algonkin, Ojibwe, Dakota und Lakota nutzten Voll-mondnamen, um die Jahreszeiten zu markieren. Im Juni begann die kurze, intensive Erntezeit der Walderdbeeren, daher die Bezeichnung.

In Europa sind werden andere Namen verwendet: Honigmond, was auf die traditionelle Hochzeitszeit im Juni und den Brauch, jungen Eheleuten Met zu schenken, verweist. Oder Brachmond, was von der mittelalterlichen Dreifelderwirtschaft stammt: Im Juni wurde das Brachfeld umgepflügt.

The name has nothing to do with the colour of the moon, but rather with the harvest calendar of North American Indigenous peoples. The Algonquin, Ojibwe, Dakota and Lakota ethnic groups used full moon names to mark the seasons. June marked the start of the short, intense wild strawberry harvest season, hence the name.

In Europe, other names are used: ‘Honey Moon’, which refers to the traditional wedding season in June and the custom of giving mead to newlyweds; or ‘Fallow Moon’, which originates from the medieval three-field system: in June, the fallow field was ploughed.

Ich fotografiere schon seit 45 Jahren. Als Kind mit der "Ritsch-Ratsch-Klick" von Kodak, dann die legendäre analoge Canon A-1. Richtig los ging es dann mit der digitalen Fotografie.

Zum Einsatz kommen heute: eine 7 D Mark I und eine 6 D Mark II. Die 5 D Mark I und eine 50 D habe ich "in Rente geschickt". Dazu 6 verschiedene Objektive um meine Themen damit abdecken zu können, eine umfangreiche Lichtausstattung und all das ganze Zubehör was ich für sinnvoll halte.

Ich wohne ganz in der Nähe von Frankfurt am Main, was eine gute zentrale Lage ist, um sich von dort deutschlandweit auf der Jagd nach interessanten Motiven zu machen. Es kommt immer wieder ein neuer Bereich der Fotografie dazu, was das Hobby immer wieder erweitert.

I've been photographing for 45 years. As a kid with the "rattle-rattle-click" of Kodak, then the legendary analogue Canon A-1. It really took off with digital photography.

Today, the following are used: a 7 D Mark I and a 6 D Mark II. The 5 D Mark I and the 50 D are now "retired". In addition, 6 different lenses to be able to cover my topics with it, an extensive lighting equipment and all the accessories that I think are useful.

I live very close to Frankfurt am Main, which is a good central location to hunt for interesting motifs all over Germany. A new area of photography is constantly being added, which expands the hobby again and again.
